Heels and Horsepower Concierege member Adriana Diesen is a proud American born in São Paulo, Brazil, with Tuscan, Venetian, and Norwegian roots. Her career spans six countries and eight industries—including hospitality, diplomatic mission work, and oil and gas—giving her a uniquely global perspective and diverse leadership experience. She holds a Business degree from Norway, a Master of Safety Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington, and an MBA from Tulane University. Her education, international background, and natural leadership have shaped a career defined by curiosity, resilience, and a passion for connecting people and ideas across cultures.

Cars have always been a constant in Adriana’s life. What began as a passion became a lifelong pursuit—driving is her therapy and one of her greatest joys. An avid driver, she has completed extensive high-performance driver training and remains active in the automotive enthusiast community.

Since moving to the United States in 2004, Adriana has been deeply involved in automotive organizations. She served as Social Events Chair and later Vice President of the BMW Car Club of America Houston Chapter. She later founded BMW M Gruppe, which grew into the largest BMW M owners’ organization in the United States, expanding to members in 48 states with more than 3,000 members and a 43-member national leadership team. The organization worked closely with BMW M in Germany, which later evolved into the BMW CCA M Chapter.

Adriana is also the founder of Adventuris, a venture that combines her love of automobiles with a deep appreciation for history, world cultures, and gastronomy to create experiences centered on driving and discovery.
