Rules and Regulations

These rules are designed to promote safety at all club events and car rally meets. All members are are to adhere to responsible driving, and respect public and private property. This for the safety and to also help protect members, spectators, and the club itself from unnecessary risks or liabilities.

In addition, the regulations foster mutual respect among members by setting standards for conduct, communication, and cooperation. By following these guidelines, members contribute to a welcoming atmosphere where everyone can share their passion for cars, learn from one another, and build lasting friendships.

MEMBERSHIP FEE

Membership fees are paid annually and are not refundable. Upon approval of your membership and on each renewal date, the annual Membership fee becomes due immediately.

Heels and Horsepower reserves the right to increase yearly Membership fees at any time by providing notice to the members at least 30 days before membership renewal. Any increase will be effective for each member's next annual renewal date.

MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL

Membership both new and established members is by invitation only and is for a limited period of one year (January 1 - December 31) and is subject to renewal by the Heels and Horsepower owner each year after that.

Membership renewals are not automatic.

Members may relinquish their membership by providing written notice to Heels and Horsepower.

CELL-PHONES

All calls should be conducted outside of the event venue. No live cell phone conversations should occur at our events. Texting is permitted.

PRIVACY FOR MEMBERS / CAMERAS AND RECORDING DEVICES SOCIAL MEDIA

Fostering a culture of respect for all Members' privacy while present at our events is of utmost importance. Members are requested to refrain from disclosing personal information; social media posts by members should not be released without other members' permission if they are also in the photo/video. Members should not approach, disturb or solicit others with whom they are not personally acquainted. Solicitations shall not be circulated to other Members.

A professional photographer is often hired to take photos of the curated events and follows the director of the Heels and Horsepower owner. Please refrain from asking the photographer to take personal photos. As a reminder, the photos are property of Heels and Horsepower and may not be used without permission of the Heels and Horsepower owner.

All members are required to sign a photo / video release form upon acceptance of membership and automatically renews with membership.

ATTIRE

Heels and Horsepower fosters a classy atmosphere, and proper attire is required. Crop tops, shorts, and revealing attire is prohibited at all events.

MEMBER CONDUCT

Members are expected to conduct themselves with decorum, respect, and in accordance with the law at all times at our events. Gossip is considered slander. Illegal drugs and excessive

drinking will not be tolerated. Any violation may result in the loss of Membership.

LIABILITY OF HEELS AND HORSEPOWER

Heels and Horsepower, its employees and/or agents shall not be liable to any Member or guest for any loss, damage or injury suffered by them or their property howsoever caused, save in respect of personal injury to a Member or guest to the extent caused by the negligence of Heels and Horsepower, its employees and/or agents while the course and scope of employment or their contracted responsibilities. Heels and Horsepower assumes no responsibility for property of Members that my have been damaged, stolen, lost or left at our events. Each Member will accept any and all liability for personal safety and or damage at attend-ed/sponsored events.

Notwithstanding the above, the Member expressly waives and releases any and all claims, whether known now or discovered in the future, against Heels and Horsepower, its officers, members, managers, employees, agents, and affiliates for any personal or psychological injury, illness, pain, suffering, disability, death, property damage, or financial loss arising from or related to the Member’s or their guest’s participation in any event.

PARKING

The valet services provide at the events are independent from Heels and Horsepower and as such, Heels and Horsepower is not responsible for your vehicle. Premier parking space are reserved for our Concierge Membership only. Limited self parking is available at selected events.
